Question: My best mate died. how do i write a song in his memory?

My friend hung himself. his mum & step dad died, and his girlfriend dumped in last week. he took his own life- how do i write a song in his memory which we can send to other of his friends? HELP PLEASSSE! and also, pleasse could someone record it on their guitar and sing it? sorrry.
