Heres a tip, I am assuming you play an instrument. And I am assuming that you are writing the lyrics for this as well...Anyhow. When starting to write songs use the Key of E Major. It's a nice key to start writing in cause' it contains straight forward chords (E, A, B, B7, C#m, G#m, F#m) If you do not know these chords LEARN them, try to learn the E major scale to create little piano/ guitar/ trumpet/ flute/ Riff. Write lyrics from the heart and try to put the chords in an interesting progression. Try to set it up with an Intro, Verse, Chorus, and Outro...Good Luck Peace and love!
