Well, this may sound like a very typical answer, but to write a song it has to come from the heart and from your own experience. Also, use emotions to help move your song along. Also, try not to be too cliche, it wears out the feeling in the song and make sure that you don't sacrifice the meaning of the song for rhythm and tune, and don't use rhymes that don't make sense for the song. However, it really is hard to explain how to write a song. Just try to write, overall, about something that has meaning to you. I hope I helped. |
