How To Write A Song Homepage

Question: I want to learn how to write a song. what do i do?!?

I'm am still young one has said. I am interested in music and music making. Song writing is very difficult, yet it's a challenge I am will to try to succeed in. I'm not talking about a total hit single but one I can tell everyone about. Then improve in it and make it a hit single one day. I wanna write a song about my best friend :D Do you have any helpful tips? I am only wanting to make the lyrics then Im gonna add guitar and a few percussion instruments.

-Get a notebook for your lyrics when you get ideas start writing them down in the notebook if you get stuck just leave the song the way it is and come back to it later, you could move on to another page and song if you want. -Use experiences you've had in the song or experiences friends may have had its easier to write about things you've been through. -Also study the lyrics to your favorite songs it will show you how to organize and arrange your song lyrics.
